Terms & Conditions for the Electrical Installer Sevadis Amazon Vouchers Promotion & Las Vegas Prize Draw

Please read these terms and conditions before entering the prize draw and our privacy notice. Entering the prize draw constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions and privacy notice.

• Participation in this promotion is solely for registered electrical installers (independent or part of a company) resident in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Where you represent an organisation you should seek permission from that organisation prior to entry into the prize draw and acceptance of any prize.

• Sevadis competitions and giveaways are not open to employees of Sevadis and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

• Participants may be asked for evidence they are a UK resident and are a registered electrical installer.

• The promotion has a three-step structure:

• Step 1 purchase and install a Sevadis MaxiCharger between 2^nd October 2023 and 15^th December 2023 and receive a £50 Amazon voucher and entry into the prize draw.

• Step 2 purchase and install another two Sevadis MaxiChargers between 2^nd October 2023 and 15^th December 2023 and receive a £100 Amazon voucher and two entries into the prize draw.

• Step 3 purchase and install a further two Sevadis MaxiChargers between 2^nd October 2023 and 15^th December 2023 and receive a £150 Amazon voucher and two entries into the prize draw

• The promotional steps are consecutive and cannot be completed out of order.

• Each promotional step can be completed once only.

• Purchases of the Sevadis MaxiCharger chargers must be at different times for each Step of the promotion.  They cannot be bought together in one purchase.

• Installation of the Sevadis MaxiCharger chargers must be at a different address for each Step.

• The maximum amount of Amazon vouchers available per person is £300.

• The maximum number of entries per person into the prize draw is five.

• This promotion only relates to Sevadis MaxiCharger chargers purchased and installed between 2^nd October 2023 and 15^th December 2023.

• The Sevadis MaxiCharger chargers must be purchased via a registered electrical wholesaler (eg CEF, YESSS, Edmundsons Electrical etc).

• To be eligible to enter this promotion proof is required that the purchase and installation of the Sevadis MaxiCharger charger(s) took place between 2^nd October 2023 and 15^th December 2023.

• Proof of purchase and of installation must be submitted via the Sevadis online form only by 6pm on 15^th December 2023. Proof will not be accepted in any other format via any other means or later than the date and time specified.

• No responsibility can be accepted by Sevadis for entries not received whatever the reason.

• The Amazon vouchers will be distributed via email week commencing 18^th December 2023 as a total sum per person.

• The winner of the Las Vegas prize draw will be announced on 18^th December 2023.

• The winner will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by Sevadis or its agents.

• The winner of the Las Vegas prize draw will be notified by email and a telephone call by the promoter. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days of notification, Sevadis reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and randomly pick a replacement winner.

• The Las Vegas prize draw is for a trip to Las Vegas for 7 days for 2 adults including return flights, a 4* hotel stay and a 3-day all-inclusive pass to experience 45+ Las Vegas attractions. The trip must be taken between 1^st January 2024  -30^th June 2024.

• Sevadis will liaise with the Las Vegas prize draw winner and book the trip according to the winner’s requirements and distribute all information via email to the winner.

• Sevadis is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

• The cash alternative being offered for the Las Vegas trip is £3,000. If the winner of the Las Vegas prize draw wishes to receive this cash alternative instead of the trip, they must make this clear to the promoter within 7 days of being notified of being the winner. The prize is not exchangeable nor transferable beyond the cash alternative stated.

• The Amazon vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Promoter, winners are not permitted to transfer the right to take up any prize to any other person.

• The winner must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity, photography and video recording) surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and images and any material resulting from such promotional activity in any medium (including without limitation on the internet) in any manner it sees fit.

• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

• Sevadis reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

• Sevadis shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

• In so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

• By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

• The Promoter’s decision is final in relation to all aspects of the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
