CGT Catapult is a cell and gene therapies manufacturing facility in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. By providing access to cutting-edge facilities, equipment and support from world-leading scientists, engineers and specialists, Catapult transforms great ideas into valuable products and services. With the move towards EVs gathering pace, Catapult is keen to offer EV charging facilities on-site for their employees and visitors.
A world-leading technology centre
CGT Catapult is part of a network of world-leading technology and innovation centres established by Innovate UK. CGT Catapult’s manufacturing facility is on the GSK Bioscience Campus in Stevenage, which has acted as a world-class hub for cell and gene therapy development in Europe since 2012. The facility is 7,700m².


Cutting edge facilities to transform ideas
Four dual MaxiCharger pillars were installed, totalling eight 7.4 kW charging sockets. The pillars were powder-coated in CGT Catapult brand colours, and logos were positioned on the side of the units. A further two dual pillars have been installed at their Braintree site.
