The Brief
Brook View is a Russell Homes development of individually designed homes set within a large parkland in the heart of rural Cheshire. Sevadis advised on the EVCP installation and supplied a combination of wall-mounted and floor-standing Maxicharger pillars to comply with Part S of the Building Regulations.

EV charging for 103 new build homes
Brook View has achieved the NextGeneration Silver status, a major eco-assessment backed by Homes England, Lloyds Bank and the UK Green Building Control for new homes which exceed core sustainability standards. In compliance with Part S of the Building Regulations, all of the new homes have EV charging facilities. When completed, a total of 103 MaxiChargers will have been installed in a combination of wall-mounted and floor-standing pillars.
