About the Role
As Head of Sales you will lead the Wholesale and Strategic Partnerships division. You will be responsible for defining and executing sales strategies, delivering revenue growth, and expanding Sevadis’ presence across national and regional wholesale channels.
This role includes managing a team of 4 Regional Business Development Managers, as well as the internal sales and administration teams. You will help shape a high-performance sales culture, build scalable processes, and foster long-term relationships with key wholesale and
strategic partners.
About the Role
As Head of Sales you will lead the Wholesale and Strategic Partnerships division. You will be responsible for defining and executing sales strategies, delivering revenue growth, and expanding Sevadis’ presence across national and regional wholesale channels.

Key Objectives
- Lead and grow the Wholesale and Strategic Partnerships channel.
- Deliver consistent high-growth revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Manage, mentor, and support a national field sales team and office-based staff.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with market needs and business goals.
- Foster a customer-focused and results-oriented sales culture.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute robust sales strategies for wholesale distribution and key account growth.
- Lead sales forecasting, pipeline planning, and KPI tracking.
- Identify growth opportunities using market intelligence and customer insights.
Team Leadership
- Direct and develop a team of 4 Regional BDMs.
- Oversee the internal office-based sales and admin functions.
- Set performance targets, coach team members, and build a culture of accountability and excellence.
Wholesale Channel Development
- Expand and strengthen relationships with national and regional electrical wholesalers.
- Manage key accounts and drive structured engagement with distributor partners.
- Oversee pricing, promotional activity, and channel development strategy.
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and secure new strategic partnerships to support long-term business growth.
- Develop senior-level relationships with key customers and buying groups.
- Leverage partner networks to grow brand visibility and national demand.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align sales activity with wider business objectives.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and competitor activity to support continuous improvement.
Commercial Oversight
- Manage and optimise pipeline activity via CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Monitor performance, track revenue forecasts, and report key metrics to the senior leadership team.
- Maintain an informed view of market developments to adjust strategy as needed.

- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, ideally within wholesale distribution, construction, or B2B technical sectors.
- Proven track record of leading regional and internal sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of the UK wholesale and trade distribution landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercially savvy with the ability to translate data into strategic action.
- Proficient in CRM systems and performance reporting tools.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, ideally within wholesale distribution, construction, or B2B technical sectors.
- Proven track record of leading regional and internal sales teams.
