It is the Midlands’ premier advanced manufacturing and logistics location. At the centre is the iHub, a 45,000 sq ft innovation centre providing flexible workspace. Relocating to a landmark supply chain hub
Oregan Timber Frame, one of the country’s largest timber frame companies is relocating to a new 186,000 sq ft state-of-the-art production facility at Infinity Park Derby. The building has achieved a BREEAM “Very Good” and an EPC “A” rating.
Electric vehicle charging infrastructure
Part of the wide range of energy efficient features at the site is EV charging facilities. A combination of AC 7.4 kW Dual Pillar charging points and two Dual-port DC 50 kW chargers have been installed. EVCP ducting has been installed across the entire car park and HGV bays to future proof the facility
