At Panattoni Park, Burgess Hill, a flagship development hosting major occupiers such as DPD and Roche Diagnostics, the focus was on creating a future ready, sustainable environment for a diverse range of tenants.
Offering units ranging from 8142 to 457,733 sq ft, the site was designed to appeal to a wide variety of occupiers. A key requirement was the integration of scalable EV charging infrastructure that would support both current needs and future demand, while aligning with Part S of the Building Regulations.
The Challenge:
