SEGRO Park Tottenham is creating the next generation of industrial and logistics parks in London. It has been built with exceptional warehouse specifications to maximise efficiencies, generous yard depths, up to 10m eaves height, dock and ground level loading doors and parking spaces available for each unit.
Electric vehicle charging infrastructure
A total of thirty-six MaxiCharger EV charge points were installed across the site with a combination of 7.4 kW dual pillars and 22 kW wall-mounted units to meet the broad range of vehicles charging on-site.
A benchmark in sustainability
SEGRO Park Tottenham was designed with outstanding environmental credentials in mind and each unit has electric vehicle charging facilities. The park consists of eight industrial units ranging from 6,815 sq ft to 50,050 sq ft targeting EPC A+ and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards as well as carbon neutrality.
