The Brief
Situated in Tetbury, one of the most desirable towns in the Cotswolds, Steepleton, a Pegasus development, is a beautiful collection of 68 independent, later-living apartments. The one and two-bedroom homes are spread across six buildings connected by garden walkways.
Redefining later living
Two Sevadis MaxiCharger pedestal charging units were installed in parking bays reserved for EV charging only. Steepleton opted for a semi-public Sevadis Cloud System set-up to facilitate management and billing of the electricity used for charging.
Providing essential EV charging
The MaxiChargers will be used by residents and their visitors, and include 22 kW sockets for fast charging along with mobile and RFID fob-activated charging. This installation also included the Sevadis Cloud software system to enable monitoring, tracking and billing of energy usage.
