Two industrial units have recently been refurbished at Strategic Park, Southampton, providing high-quality industrial warehouses/distribution centres with office facilities. They have achieved an EPC rating of B and a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’.

EV Charging points for staff and visitors

Across the two sites, a total of twenty Maxicharger 7.4kW AC charge points were installed in 10 dual pillars and two Cito DC 50kW chargers. This has created plenty of EV charging facilities for when the site is occupied.
